Coping Skills

Here are some video and audio resources to practice coping skills. Coping skills are not created equal, so what might work for one person may not work for another. Similarly, some coping skills work better in different situations. It might take some trial and error to figure out what works best for you and your children during this time. Also remember that coping skills work better over time, so it's important to practice regularly even when you don't feel as stressed or worried.
